These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arch mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by Wayne Hsu Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using Arch, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Who We Are

2. Purpose of the App (Important Disclaimer)
Arch is a general wellness, mobility, and foot-strengthening application. It is not a medical device.
Arch does not provide medical, clinical, or health advice.
Nothing in the App should be used as:
- medical diagnosis
- medical advice
- physiotherapy or clinical recommendations
- a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional
You should consult a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have existing injuries, health conditions, or concerns.
If you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or symptoms while using the App, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
We make no guarantees of results, including but not limited to:
- arch height improvement
- reduction of flat-feet symptoms
- relief of pain
- structural changes to the feet or body
Results vary widely and depend on individual factors.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- be at least 16 years old, or
- have permission and supervision from a parent/guardian if under 16
4. User Responsibilities
By using Arch, you confirm that:
- You are physically able to perform the exercises shown
- You understand that all exercises are performed at your own risk
- You will stop if you feel pain or discomfort
- You will seek professional medical advice when needed
- You will only use the App for lawful and personal purposes
5. Subscription, Trial, and Payments
Arch may offer paid features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.
5.1 Payments
All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store / StoreKit.
We do not handle or store your payment information.
5.2 Free Trial
If you subscribe to the annual plan, you may receive a 7-day free trial.
Monthly plans do not include a free trial.
Trials are limited to one per Apple ID unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are not issued by Wayne Hsu Ltd.
All refund requests must be made through Apple, which decides refunds according to their policies:
6. App Functionality & Data Storage
6.1 Local-Device Storage
Your routines, progress, and settings are stored primarily on your device.
6.2 Optional Cloud Sync via iCloud / CloudKit
If you enable iCloud, your data is synced through Apple’s CloudKit systems.
We:
- do not access your Apple ID
- do not store your data on our servers
- do not have access to your CloudKit records
6.3 Analytics
We use PostHog Cloud to collect anonymized usage data to improve the App.
We do not sell data and do not use analytics for advertising.

7. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or distribute the App or content
- decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to access source code
- share paid features or content with others
- use the App in any unlawful or harmful manner
- automate request traffic or attempt to disrupt the App
- misuse exercises in ways not intended
We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including illustrations, videos, exercises, UI elements, branding, and written content — is owned by Wayne Hsu Ltd. or licensed to us.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App.
You may not reproduce or distribute the content without permission.
9. Changes to the App
We may:
- add, remove, or modify features
- introduce new subscription tiers
- update the design or content
- discontinue parts of the App
We are not obligated to continue supporting older devices or OS versions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
You use Arch at your own risk.
Wayne Hsu Ltd. is not liable for:
- injuries resulting from exercises
- health issues arising from use or misuse
- data loss on your device or iCloud
- inability to access the App
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
No guarantees or warranties (express or implied) are provided.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wayne Hsu Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the App
- your violation of these Terms
- injuries resulting from following exercises in the App
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- suspend or terminate your access
- remove or disable your subscription
- restrict future use of the App
…if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or used the App inappropriately.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UK.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date.
Significant changes may be communicated in the App or via App Store updates.
Continued use of Arch after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
